BIC TECHNO 293 OD - Rig decision in favour of BIC

The decision is finalised, the BIC TECHNO 293 OD becomes a true One Design class at last.

BIC will become the sole supplier of both board and rig (6.8 and 7.8), there will be a change over period to be notified by national organisations, RYA in the UK.
