Our business

Retailer of water and other sports equipment. Importer and UK distributor of Technofiber and Windsurfing Hawaii products.

Payment methods

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cheque and cash.

Delivery:

Items sent by post will be delivered subject to normal postal terms with a maximum of 3-5 days.
Items via courier will be dispatched on the next working day at latest. Please note that as we are closed on Monday during the winter, this means that goods ordered on Friday to be sent by courier will not be despatched until the following Tuesday.

Return carriage costs are customer responsibility unless goods do not conform to specifications as ordered or are faulty.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 7 working days of goods receipt and the cancellation notice.
Cancellation must be made in writing by Email or Letter, order cancellation by telephone will not be accepted.
Refunds will be made immediately when goods are returned or within 30 days whichever is the lesser.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning cancelled orders except where goods are not as specified or are faulty.
